Choosing Print Sizes and Paper
Print Sizes:
If you would like a print size different from the options listed, please send your request using the Contact link above. Customization requests are gladly accommodated when possible.
Print Paper:
•Lustre Photographic Paper: Kodak ENDURA professional photo paper with a fine-grain pebble texture. The Lustre paper has a satin-like sheen, with less glare than glossy paper, and produces a high quality, long-lasting photographic print.
Print Quality:
All orders are printed by an expert photo lab in California. They cater to professional photographers and produce top quality prints.
Frames, Mats, and Mounts
Frame, mat, and mounting options for prints are available in the shopping cart. Look for the “Finishing Options” button in your shopping cart, which appears after you’ve selected a print size and pressed the “View Cart” button. Frames are not available for 10x15 prints.
Flat Packaging for Prints
All
prints are carefully flat-packed. They are not rolled into
tubes.
How Order Fulfillment Works
All orders are processed and fulfilled by SmugMug. SmugMug is a popular web-hosting service that also offers selling and order fulfillment services. If you have any questions for them you can contact their responsive customer service team by sending an email to help@smugmug.com.
You do not need an account with SmugMug to make a purchase.

Your shopping cart and checkout pages
are secure pages, managed by SmugMug.

information.) On any page where
you are asked to enter customer or billing information, you'll see that
the URL
begins with "https://". That "s" tells you that you're
entering your information into a secure form. And only SmugMug
sees your credit card information.
Types of Payment Accepted
SmugMug accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. (Who is SmugMug? See the How Order Fulfillment Works section for more information.) When you place an order, SmugMug pre-authorizes your card but doesn't actually charge it until your order ships.
Shipping
Shipping and Delivery Times: Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days. The estimated delivery times for the various methods of shipping are available when you place your order.
Shipping Costs: Your available shipping options depend on what you are ordering and where you are shipping. After you add items to your shopping cart and enter your address, you will see your shipping options and the pricing for each. Shipping charges will be included in your shopping cart and can be viewed on a summary screen prior to finalizing your order.
30-Day Return Policy and Satisfaction Guarantee
SmugMug unconditionally guarantees your satisfaction. (Who is SmugMug? See the How Order Fulfillment Works section for more information.) If you are unsatisfied with any prints you purchase, they will gladly accept the return of your order for any reason within 30 days of receipt. They will reprint or refund your order, whichever you prefer. However, they will generally not refund your original shipping cost unless your order is defective in some manner. Contact SmugMug at help@smugmug.com regarding the replacement or refund of any product.
Prints may be returned for any reason within 30 days. Transactions are secure. All images copyright © protected.
